Just as we have a physical body with organs that pump blood, breathe, digest food, and provide other necessary processes for us to live, we also have an energy body with similar centers that move and control our energy flow.
Because most people are not able to see or otherwise perceive this energy body many do not believe it exists. However, when there is a blockage in our energy body it builds, like a dam on a river, and eventually causes problems in our physical body that seem to have "no reason for this to happen". Energy imbalances can also affect our work and external physical existence.
